Welcome! The Designer Touch offers a wide variety of trendy pillow covers, valances, curtains, table top linens, and other decorative accessories for the home.


All items are made-to-order in the USA. Every product in the store can be customized to the size you need. Please contact us if you have a special request or need a custom size for any item. We would be happy to create a custom order for you.

Note on Pillow Covers

In order for the pillows to look full and fluffy, the pillow covers  are made slightly smaller than the actual insert for a good fit. For example, the actual pillow cover for an 18" x 18" insert will be 17" x 17". Please note that pillow inserts and covers dimensions should be measured along the seam line across adjacent corners.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards.

Payment is processed through PayPal.  PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.  Payments processed by PayPal are also protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection Program. 

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking/ delivery confirmation via First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the package size.


All international orders will be shipped with either First Class Air Mail or Priority Mail. When the order is shipped, buyer will receive a confirmation email with a US Customs Form Number. This number is meant for customs tracking purpose but it can SOMETIMES be used to track the package logistically.


To get the your order delivery time, add the Production Time to the Shipping Time below.


Current Production Time:

  • All items (except curtains/draperies): 1-2 weeks
  • Draperies & curtains: 2-3 weeks
  • We will contact you if the above production time changes due to fabric back-order.

Domestic Shipping Time:

  • All items (except curtains/draperies): 2-5 business days
  • Draperies & curtains: 3-7 business days

International Shipping Time:

  • All items (except curtains/draperies): 5-10 business days
  • Draperies & curtains: 2-4 weeks

Buyer is responsible for any VAT tax or import duties levied by customs

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. Purchase of tracking/delivery confirmation and insurance on the return shipping is recommended as we can not be responsible for losses during transit.


We would be happy to process a return or exchange (less shipping fees and less 15% restocking charge) if the return/ exchange is:

  • Initiated within 7 days of receipt
  • Re-sellable and in original condition with no hair, smoke, perfume, or other odor
  • Returned at the customer's expense (unless it is a result of my mistake)

Exceptions:

  • Customized orders or orders with options added are non-refundable
  • Draperies and curtains are non-refundable
  • Fabric swatches and fabric by-the-yard are non-refundable
